BERTHA E. TERRAZAS, Appellant, v. LUIS CARLOS GRANADOS, Appellee.

Appeal from the 388th Judicial District Court of El Paso County, Texas (TC# 2021DCM3213)

Before Rodriguez, C.J., Palafox, and Alley, JJ.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

JEFF ALLEY, JUSTICE

On February 8, 2022, this Court ordered the parties in this appeal to mediation and suspended this appeal's appellate timetable. This cause is now before the Court on an agreed motion to dismiss the appeal on grounds the case has been settled. The parties request that this Court dismiss the appeal. Accordingly, the appellate timetable in this appeal is reestablished.

The Court, having considered the documents on file and the agreed motion to dismiss the appeal, is of the opinion that the motion should be granted. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a). We reestablish the appellate timetable in this appeal, grant the motion, and dismiss the appeal. Costs will be taxed against appellant. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(d).
