Upon due consideration of the hearing held September 11, 2024, and for cause appearing more fully in the transcript, it is

ORDERED that the parties' oral motion to continue is granted, and this case is stricken from the Court's December 2, 2024, Phoenix, Arizona trial session. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 4, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report concerning the then-present status of the case and their efforts at resolution without the need for trial. It is further

ORDERED that a copy of any supplemental notice of determination issued to petitioners should be attached to the above-referenced status report. It is further

ORDERED that the Motion for Extension of Time filed August 7, 2024, is denied as moot.
