DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered January 24, 2011, to correct page references to the appendix contained in the appellant's brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted, and on or before April 4, 2012, the appellant shall correct the following page references to the appendix contained in the copies of the appellant's brief on file with the Clerk of this Court: Page 9 - penultimate line, change the reference from "(A8, A184-195) to "(A8, A148-159)", and Page 12 - third line from bottom, change the reference from "(A184-187)" to "(A150)".
