ORDER OF DISMISSAL

Lewis R. Carluzzo, Chief Special Trial Judge.

This I.R.C. section 6330(d) case is before the Court on respondent's Motion to Dismiss on the Grounds of Mootness, filed October 4, 2021. According to respondent's motion, (1) petitioner's Federal income tax liability for 2017, the year in issue, has been fully paid, and (2) petitioner does not object to the motion.

That being so, and for the reasons set forth in respondent's motion, it is ORDERED that that respondent's motion is granted and this case is dismissed as moot.
