ORDER

This case was calendared for trial during the Court's January 30, 2023, Kansas City, Missouri, trial session. On November 1, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 23). By Order served November 2, 2022, among other things, the Court granted respondent's Motion for Continuance of Trial, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On January 3, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 25). Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before May 4, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case.
