This case is on the calendar of the Court's March 18, 2024, trial session in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Respondent filed a Status Report on February 22, 2024, and advised that a basis for settlement has been reached. Respondent further reports that a copy of a proposed decision was mailed to petitioners for signature, and once received, respondent will file the executed proposed decision with the Court. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on March 18, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 17, 2024, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision. It is further
