Upon due consideration of petitioner's Status Report and respondent's Status Report each filed May 17, 2021, and the recitals therein concerning the present status of this case, it is

ORDERED that on or before August 18, 2021, the parties shall file (1) a stipulated decision document, or (2) a joint status report (or, if that is not possible, then separate reports) stating the then-current status of this case. Petitioners are reminded to file any such status report in the instant case and the two related cases, docket Nos. 1175-19 and 1176-19.
