Order unanimously affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements to the respondent, with leave to the plaintiff, if she be so advised, to serve an amended complaint setting forth a cause of action at law for services actually rendered on a quantum meruit basis. ( Elsfelder v. Cournand, 270 App. Div. 162.) No opinion.
