Samir Tendulkar & Marcelina Kolodziejczyk Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

This case was on the Court's May 24, 2021 trial calendar for New York City, but was very underdeveloped. We continued it because the parties thought they could work toward settlement. Respondent reported that the parties continue to work on informal discovery and consideration of Ms. Kolodziejcyk's request for innocent-spouse relief. The case can reasonably stay on a status-report track, and it is

ORDERED that respondent file another status report on or before January 31, 2022 to describe the parties' progress toward settlement or a narrowing of the issues to be tried, including an update on Ms. Kolodziejcyk's request for innocent-spouse relief and an estimated time for completion of discovery.
