Motion to dismiss appeal granted, with $10 costs, unless the appellant procures the record on appeal and appellant's points to be served and filed on or before October 26, 1961, with notice of argument for November 8, 1961, said appeal to be argued or submitted when reached. Appellant's request to consolidate his appeal from the order entered on May 4, 1961, with his appeal from the order entered on May 4, 1961, with his appeal from the order entered on May 23, 1961, granted insofar as to allow appellant to have said appeals heard in one appeal book, without duplication of printing.
