Action to recover damages for the alleged breach of a contract for the sale of certain of the plaintiff's real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Stamford-Norwalk, where the defendant filed a counterclaim; thereafter, the matter was referred to Kevin Tierney, attorney state trial referee, who recommended judgment for the defendants on the complaint and on certain counts of the counterclaim; subsequently, the court, Mottolese, J., rendered judgment in accordance with the referee's report, and the plaintiffs appealed to this court. Affirmed.
