ORDER

This collection due process case was calendared for trial during the Court's April 22, 2024, New York, New York, trial session. On February 14, 2024, respondent filed an unopposed Motion to Remand (Doc. 10) asking the Court to remand the case to the IRS Independent Office of Appeals for further consideration. Also on February 14, 2024, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 11). By Order served February 21, 2024, among other things, respondent's Motion to Remand and Motion for Continuance of Trial were granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On July 18, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 16). Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before September 20, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
