ORDERED that respondent's December 21, 2022 motion to calendar is granted in that these cases are calendared for trial at a Special Trial Session of the Court beginning on Monday, September 11, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., at the United States Tax Court, 4002nd Street Northwest, North Courtroom, Washington, D.C. 2017, and if necessary, continuing to the week of September 18, 2023.
