Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's September 12, 2022 Miami, Trial Session. It is further

ORDERED that this case is set for a remote Special Trial Session beginning on Monday, February 6, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time). It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before September 6, 2022, file reports reflecting the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to this Order: (1) a notice of remote proceeding containing comprehensive instructions for participating in the remote trial, and (2) the Court's Standing Pretrial Order.
