Upon due consideration of the parties' January 23, 2024 Stipulation of Settled Issues and the parties' January 23, 2024 Motion for Continuance, it is
ORDERED that the parties' January 23, 2024 Motion for Continuance is granted, these cases are stricken for trial from the Court's February 26, 2024 Special Trial Session in Washington, D.C., and jurisdiction is retained by the Undersigned. It is further
ORDERED that the Court will contact the parties in early March to discuss setting a new trial date. The parties shall, prior to the teleconference with the Court, confer regarding the scheduling of a new trial date.
