AUDRYANNA TEDESCHI, F.K.A. AUDRYANNA MANN & SEAN TEDESCHI, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On January 5, 2024, the parties filed a Settlement Stipulation and a Proposed Stipulated Decision for the Court's consideration. However, review of those documents discloses that one of petitioners' names is misspelled in the captions. Accordingly, the Court is unable to process the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the above-described Settlement Stipulation and Proposed Stipulated Decision are deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before February 9, 2024, the parties shall file a revised settlement stipulation and proposed stipulated decision for the Court's consideration.
