AFFIRMED. See Romero v. State, 105 So. 3d 550, 551 (Fla. 1st DCA 2012) (holding that Graham v. Florida, 560 U.S. 48 (2010), does not apply to offenders eighteen years of age or older); see also Marshall v. State, 277 So. 3d 1149, 1151 (Fla. 1st DCA 2019) ("[C]ourts have consistently declined to extend the holdings of Graham and Miller and the applicability of the juvenile sentencing statutes to offenders eighteen years of age or older." (citing cases)). LEWIS, B.L. THOMAS, and NORDBY, JJ., concur.
