This case is currently calendared for trial on December 6, 2021, at the Fresno, California remote trial session of the Court. On November 30, 2021, petitioners filed a Motion for Continuance. In the motion, petitioners state that respondent has no objection to the granting of the motion. The Court will grant petitioners' Motion for Continuance and reschedule the case to a 1-day remote special trial on February 1, 2022. Upon due consideration, and premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the petitioners' Motion for Continuance, filed November 30, 2021, is granted, and this case is continued from the December 6, 2021, Fresno, California remote trial session. It is further

ORDERED that this case is rescheduled to a 1-day remote special trial session on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time), and Portland, Maine will be listed as the place of trial for the remote session. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall issue a Notice of Remote Proceeding to the parties, which shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 18, 2022, the parties shall file Pretrial Memorandums with the Court.
