This case is set for trial at the remote session of the Court scheduled to commence on December 6, 2021, where Fresno, California, is listed as the place of trial. On October 21, 2021, respondent filed a Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing. On October 22, 2021, the Court ordered petitioners to file an objection on or before November 8, 2021. No objection has been received from petitioners as of the date of this Order. Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is scheduled for a status hearing during the Court's December 1, 2021, Washington DC, special hearing session to be conducted remotely at a time and date certain of 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at which any third-party subpoena may be returnable. Special Trial Judge Peter Panuthos will preside at the above-referenced remote special hearing session. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote special hearing session. It is further

ORDERED that, no later than November 29, 2021, respondent shall file a Status Report advising the Court whether the third-parties have complied with the subpoenas and a hearing is no longer necessary.
