ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Missouri State Highway Patrol Criminal Records Repository ("MSHP") appeals the judgment granting T.D.’s petition requesting expungement of two prior convictions under section 564.011 RSMo 1994 (effective from January 1, 1979 to December 31, 2016) and section 571.030 RSMo 1994 (effective from August 28, 1993 to August 27, 1995). We find no error has occurred.

In the underlying case, T.D. filed a petition requesting expungement against several underlying defendants consisting of the St. Louis County Circuit Court, Div. 13, the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, the St. Louis County Police Department, and MSHP. MSHP is the only underlying defendant who has filed an appeal in this case.

No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. We have, however, provided the parties a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed under Rule 84.16(b).
