Before the Court is Official Court Reporter Sheretta L. Martin's July 29, 2024 request for a second thirty-day extension of time to file the reporter's record. We GRANT the request and ORDER the record filed no later than August 23, 2024. Because the record was first due May 23, 2024, we caution Ms. Martin that failure to file the record by August 23 may result in the Court taking any necessary actions, such as ordering Ms. Martin to not sit until she files the record, to avoid further delay and preserve the parties' rights. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(a)(1).
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to the Honorable Ashley Wysocki, Presiding Judge of the 162nd Judicial District Court; Ms. Martin; and the parties.
