UNPUBLISHED OPINION

PER CURIAM.

T.B. appeals from the trial court's January 23, 2012, order on contempt. The Department of Social and Health Services has conceded that the record is inadequate to support the contempt finding. See In re Dependency of A.K., 162 Wn.2d 632, 652-53, 174 P.3d 11 (2007). We accept the Department's concession and reverse and vacate the contempt order. Id at 653.

Reversed and Vacated.
