Louis Oliver Taylor instituted a proceeding under the Post Conviction Procedure Act, and from a denial of relief, he applied for leave to appeal.

Application denied.

Before BRUNE, C.J., and HENDERSON, HAMMOND, PRESCOTT, HORNEY, MARBURY and SYBERT, JJ.


Decided February 8, 1963.


For the reasons set forth in the opinion of Judge Sodaro denying the petition below, the application for leave to appeal is hereby denied.
