MOTION DECISION

M289189

ANGELA G. IANNACCI, J.P. LARA J. GENOVESI WILLIAM G. FORD LILLIAN WAN, JJ.

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from seven orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, three dated July 8, 2022, one dated November 16, 2022, one dated July 6, 2022, one dated August 18, 2022, and one dated July 14, 2022, respectively. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 17, 2022, the appeal from the order dated July 8, 2022, under Appellate Division Docket No., was dismissed. Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to this Court from the orders dated July 8, 2022, under Appellate Division Docket Nos. and 2022-02974, and from the orders dated November 16, 2022, July 6, 2022, August 18, 2022, and July 14, 2022.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, and the appeals purportedly taken as of right from the order dated July 8, 2022, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2022-02974, and from the orders dated November 16, 2022, July 6, 2022, August 18, 2022, and July 14, 2022, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further, ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order dated July 8, 2022, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2023-02971 is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from an order that is not the result of a motion made on notice (see CPLR 5701), and leave to appeal has not been granted.

IANNACCI, J.P., GENOVESI, FORD and WAN, JJ., concur.
