Opinion

No. 3D09-1014.

July 29, 2009.

A Case of Original Jurisdiction — Mandamus.

Leonard Taylor, in proper person.

Bill McCollum, Attorney General, and Richard L. Polin, Bureau Chief, for respondent.

Before RAMIREZ, C.J., and CORTINAS and SALTER, JJ.

We grant Leonard Taylor's petition for writ of mandamus to compel the trial court to rule on his Motion for Post Conviction Relief, filed on or about September 4, 2007.

As we are confident that the lower court will comply forthwith, we withhold issuance of the formal writ for thirty (30) days.
