Before this Court is appellant's November 70, 2023 motion to supplement the record and for extension of time to file his brief. In his motion, appellant points out that the clerk's record does not contain the jury charge or the verdict form. Accordingly, we ORDER the Dallas County District Clerk to file, within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order, a supplemental clerk's record containing the jury charge and the verdict form.

In the event the Dallas County District Clerk does not have in its possession the jury charge and the verdict form, we ORDER the Dallas County District Clerk to file, within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order, a letter verifying that the clerk does not have possession of these documents.

Appellant's brief is due THIRTY DAYS after the District Clerk files the supplemental record or a letter verifying that the Clerk does not have possession of the indictment.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order, by electronic transmission, to Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk; and to counsel for all parties.
