ORDER

Before the Court is deputy court reporter LaToya R. Young's July 16, 2020 request for additional time to file the reporter's record. We GRANT the request to the extent we ORDER deputy court reporter LaToya R. Young to complete her portion of the reporter's record and provide those volumes to official court reporter Crystal Brown BY JULY 27, 2020. We ORDER Ms. Brown to file the complete reporter's record BY AUGUST 3, 2020.

We caution Ms. Young that the failure to file her portion of the reporter's record with Ms. Brown by July 27, 2020 will result in the Court taking whatever actions it deems appropriate to ensure this appeal proceeds in a more timely fashion, including ordering Ms. Young not sit and/or abating this appeal for a hearing in the trial court.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Raquel Jones, Presiding Judge, 203rd Judicial District Court; Crystal Brown, official court reporter, 203rd Judicial District Court; LaToya R. Young, deputy court reporter; and counsel for all parties.
