ORDER

On December 16, 2015, this Court ordered court reporter Lisabeth Kellet to file a supplemental record containing State's Exhibit no. 2 within ten days. To date, Ms. Kellet has neither filed the exhibit, nor has she communicated with the Court regarding the status of the exhibit.

Accordingly, we ORDER court reporter Lisabeth Kellet to file, JANUARY 19, 2016, a supplemental record containing State's Exhibit no. 2, the in-car video. If we do not receive the supplemental record by the date specified, we will utilize the available remedies to obtain the exhibit, which may include ordering that Lisabeth Kellet not sit as a court reporter until she files the supplemental record in this appeal.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Teresa Hawthorne, Presiding Judge, 203rd Judicial District Court; Lisabeth Kellet, official court reporter, 203rd Judicial District Court, and to counsel for all parties.
