Taylor v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District
Jul 22, 1994
642 So. 2d 574 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1994)

Opinion

No. 94-01717.

July 22, 1994.

Appeal pursuant to Fla.R.App. P. 9.140(g) from the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County; Claudia R. Isom, Judge.

Terry Taylor timely appeals the summary denial of his timely filed motion for postconviction relief. Because the circuit court's order denying the motion fails to address Taylor's allegation regarding entitlement to credit for time previously served, we reverse and remand for further proceedings consistent with Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850.

HALL, A.C.J., and THREADGILL and BLUE, JJ., concur.
