Opinion

No. 2D99-4339.

Opinion filed September 1, 2000.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Charlotte County; Cynthia A. Ellis, Judge.

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender, and Allyn M. Giambalvot, Assistant Public Defender, Bartow, for Appellant.

Kenrick Taylor, Pro Se.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Ronald Napolitano, Assistant Attorney General, Tampa, for Appellee.

Kenrick Taylor appeals the revocation of his probation and the sentences imposed for offenses occurring on January 15, 1996. We affirm the revocation of probation without further discussion. Taylor's sentences were imposed pursuant to the 1995 sentencing guidelines. We remand this case to the trial court to reconsider the sentences imposed. See Smith v. State, 25 Fla. L. Revocation affirmed; remanded to reconsider sentencing.
