Hearing Granted by Supreme Court March 10, 1938.

Appeal from Superior Court, Alameda County; T. W. Harris, Judge.

Action by Eleanor Taylor, a minor, by her guardian ad litem, Frank B. Taylor, against the Oakland Scavenger Company, the Oakland High School District of Alameda County, and others for injuries sustained by plaintiff when struck by a garbage truck owned and operated by the Oakland Scavenger Company, while she was on the premises of the Oakland High School District of Alameda County. From a judgment for the Oakland High School District of Alameda County after its demurrer to the complaint was sustained, the plaintiff appeals.

Affirmed.
