Taylor v. Mfg. Co.

Supreme Court of North Carolina
Oct 1, 1916
90 S.E. 1015 (N.C. 1916)

Opinion

(Filed 11 October, 1916.)

THIS is an action to recover damages for wrongful death.

Butler Herring for plaintiff.

Grady Graham for defendant.

There was a verdict and judgment in favor of the plaintiff, and the defendant excepted and appealed.

We have carefully examined the exceptions contained in the record, and we find no sufficient reason for disturbing the verdict and judgment.

No error.
