Scott E. Siverson, of Siverson Law Firm PLLC, Winter Garden, for Appellant. No Appearance for Appellee.

Scott E. Siverson, of Siverson Law Firm PLLC, Winter Garden, for Appellant.

No Appearance for Appellee.

PER CURIAM.

Given the lack of a transcript of the hearing held before the magistrate and Appellant's failure to file exceptions to the magistrate's report and recommendation, we are compelled to affirm the temporary order entered below. Our affirmance is without prejudice to Appellant seeking an emergency hearing on a motion to reinstate unsupervised visitation.

AFFIRMED.

EVANDER, C.J., EDWARDS and HARRIS, JJ., concur.
