ORDER


Plaintiff has filed a Motion for Enlargement of Time to file a memorandum and additional affidavits to support his objections to Magistrate Judge Alba's Report and Recommendation. The court grants Plaintiff additional time to prepare and file his objections. Plaintiff did not indicate the amount of time he needed. However, the court grants Plaintiff an extension until January 9, 2004 to file his objections and any accompanying documentation in support of his objections.
