The Court withdraws its order of July 23, 2020, and issues the following order:

On July 14, 2020, appellant filed in this court a statement of inability to afford payment of court costs or an appeal bond. We construe appellant's filing as her communication that she is presumed indigent. See TEX. R. APP. P..1(c). Appellant may therefore proceed on appeal without payment of costs. See TEX. R. APP. P. 20.1(c).

The Clerk of this Court is ORDERED to make an entry in this Court's records that appellant is indigent and is allowed to proceed on appeal without payment of costs. See TEX. R. APP. P. 20.1(c).
