On November 23, 2021, pursuant to the Court's August 27, 2021, Order, respondent filed a Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. Respondent reports that on November 22, 2021, the parties had a teleconference, and that as of the date of the filing of the aforementioned status report, the parties have not reached a basis for settlement and respondent is preparing to go to trial. Respondent also reports that petitioners anticipate providing additional information for respondent's consideration. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before January 24, 2022, file status reports, separately or jointly, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case.
