LINDA S. TAYLOR, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Ronald L. Buch Judge

This case is calendared for trial at the Court's December 9, 2024, Cleveland, Ohio trial session. On August 27, 2024, the Commissioner filed a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. The Motion indicated the petitioner objected to the granting of the motion. In response to that Motion, the Court arranged and held a conference call with the parties. During the conference call, Ms. Taylor expressed an interest in responding to the Commissioner's Motion and she requested a continuance to allow time to file a response. Counsel for the Commissioner had no objection to a continuance. Accordingly, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's trial session commencing December 9, 2024, in Cleveland, Ohio. Jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, by December 6, 2024, the petitioner shall file with the Court a response to the Commissioner's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment.
