This case is set for trial at the Court's San Antionio, Texas, trial session beginning September 30, 2024. On June 21, 2024, the parties had a telephone conference regarding this case. Petitioner provided the Court with his new address and contact information. It is therefore

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall amend the Court's record in this case to reflect petitioner's current address and contact information that has been provided. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on petitioner with the copy of this order, copies of (1) the Court's Notice Setting Case for Trial (Doc. 21), (2) its Standing Pretrial Order (Doc. 22) and (3) its May 7, 2024 Order (Doc. 23). The Court encourages Mr. Taylor to register for electronic access ("eAccess") so that he may electronically file and view documents in his Tax Court case. Petitioner may begin that registration process by emailing dawson.support@ustaxcourt.gov.
