On September 21, 2021, respondent filed an Answer, that appears to be an incorrectly titled Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. Also on September 21, 2021, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, that is identical to the Answer, filed on September 21, 2021.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Answer, filed September 21, 2021, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
