Upon review of the record of this case and petitioner's application for waiver of the Court's filing fee, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's application is denied as it does not establish that petitioner meets the criteria for waiver. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 3, 2023, petitioner shall pay the Court's $60 filing fee.
