BOBBY L. TAYLOR, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

CHRISTIAN N. WEILER, JUDGE

Petitioner and respondent filed separate status reports on January 17, 2023, and January 20, 2023, respectively. The report states that there are two (2) remaining issues in dispute in this case. Documents to help address both issues have been requested and petitioner's counsel produced documents on January 18, 2023. Respondent's counsel needs additional time to review the documents and discuss the documents with petitioner's counsel. The parties believe this case will settle without the necessity for trial; however, additional time in needed to submit a decision document or file another status report.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that on or before February 10, 2023, the parties shall submit to the Court a stipulated decision or file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the status of this case.
