Orlando P. Taylor Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

David Gustafson, Judge

The parties have filed a proposed stipulated decision, and the Court appreciates their efforts in reaching that result. The proposed decision would hold "[t]hat there is a deficiency in income tax due from the petitioner for the taxable year 2017 in the amount of $255, 251.00." We note that the notice of deficiency attached to the petition determined a deficiency of a smaller amount--$57, 733.00. So that the Court may understand the difference before entering decision, it is

ORDERED that, no later than March 18, 2022, the parties shall telephone (at 202-521-0850) the Chambers Administrator of the judge signing this order to schedule a telephone conference among the Court and the parties.
