Motion for stay of trial pending appeal and for further relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for a stay of trial pending appeal is granted, without costs, and enforcement of the May 7, 2014 order of Supreme Court is stayed pending determination of the appeal therefrom, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal from the April 11, 2014 order of Supreme Court is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect such appeal is extended to February 17, 2015, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed upon the original record on the appeal from the the April 11, 2014 order of Supreme Court is denied, without costs.
