In re: O. L. Taylor applying for Certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Second Circuit, Parish of DeSoto.


Writ denied. Based upon the factual finding that the plaintiff was not the procuring cause of the sale and upon the conclusion that the plaintiff's exclusive listing agreement was not continued beyond its expiration date, the result is correct under Civil Code article 2277.
