The motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED.

The motion for a short extension of time for filing plaintiffs' reply brief; for filing plaintiffs answer to defendants' motion for partial summary disposition; and for defendants to file a reply in support of their motion for partial summary disposition is GRANTED. Plaintiffs shall file their reply brief on the remand issues, and their answer to defendants' motion for partial summary disposition on or before January 21, 2022.
