JEROME EMORY TAWAIN, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the County Criminal Court No. 11 Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. MA-1670505-N

ORDER

We REINSTATE this appeal.

Because appellant's brief had not been filed and we had no communication from appellant regarding the brief, we abated this appeal for a hearing. On April 5, 2017, the trial court entered findings and recommendations. We ADOPT the trial court's finding that (1) appellant desires to prosecute the appeal, (2) appellant is indigent and represented by appointed counsel Jeffery Buchwald, (3) Mr. Buchwald was unaware he had been appointed, and (4) Mr. Buchwald needs thirty additional days in which to complete appellant's brief.

We ORDER appellant's brief filed within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order.
