ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On April 4, 2024, Robert M. Braland filed an Entry of Appearance, in which he appears to seek to file an entry of appearance both for himself and for Peter Haukebo. An entry of appearance may be signed and filed by only one practitioner, the practitioner who is eFiling the document. The system will not add additional practitioners who sign the document to the case. Each practitioner seeking to gain access to a case must eFile his or her own separate document. Mr. Haukebo has not entered an appearance as counsel in this case.

If Mr. Haukebo wishes to enter his appearance as counsel for petitioner in this case, Mr. Haukebo is advised to file a proper entry of appearance. See Tax Court Rule 24(a)(1).

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a copy of this Order on Mr. Haukebo at his firm's address in the entry of appearance.
