Opinion

Charles A. TAVARES, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. BRICKELL COMMERCE PLAZA, INC., etc., et al., Appellee(s)/Respondent(s).

Opinion

Appellant/Petitioner Charles A. Tavares filed a notice of appeal from an order denying his second motion to enforce settlement. This Court issued an order to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed as one taken from a non-final, non-appealable order. In apparent response to this Court's order, Tavares filed a petition for writ of certiorari. We treat the appeal as a petition for writ of certiorari and dismiss the petition. See Segura v. Rodriguez, 61 So.3d 1225 (Fla. 3d DCA 2011).

LAGOA, SALTER and EMAS, JJ., concur.
