ANDREW S. TAUSSIG & ANNE MARIS TAUSSIG, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

KATHLEEN KERRIGAN CHIEF JUDGE.

By Order served November 28, 2023, the Court directed petitioners to pay the Court's filing fee. On December 15, 2023, petitioners filed a Request for Withdrawal of Petition. However, further review indicates that petitioners' Request appears to be more akin to a Letter indicating that petitioners do not intend to pay the Court's filing fee.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Request for Withdrawal of Petition, is recharacterized as petitioners' Letter. It is further

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
