It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of (1) enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the December 2020 Term, the filing deadline for which is October 14, 2020, and (2) permitting the appeal to proceed without respondent Gordon's exhibits, if not available to appellant. Respondent Gordon is to submit a copy of the omitted exhibits, if and when an answering brief is filed.
